Still open with one day left: set up the outbound campaign in Vapi with Prospector/Clipp leads, fix the calendar notification email (still routes to a staff placeholder instead of sean@atreumai.com), and verify the GHL Private Integration Token — the calendar API returned a 401 on last check, which could block real bookings if not resolved before launch.

Prospector "Generate Pitch" is broken in production for everyone — hardcoded model ID claude-sonnet-4-20250514 no longer exists. The fix itself is a one-line swap (e.g. to claude-sonnet-4-6), but no local source exists in this workspace, the atreumai-prospector repo needs credentials Cowork doesn't have, and SSH to the server is blocked from this sandbox. Needs Sean or a Claude Code session with real repo/server access to apply it.
